the proposal for the urbanization of the can ricart industrial enclosure seeks to open it to the city, make its borders permeable, and at the same time give it a unique identity, based on the heritage values of the place and its history. the aim is to offer the neighborhood of poblenou a renewed, lively and rooted space that is now shut.
